I don't just work at the level of thinking, but at the layer beneath it — where your patterns originated. This means we don't keep talking about your problem, but address it at its core.

What we do in a session
During a session I guide you to:
- Go back to the origin of a blockage or feeling
- Safely feel through and release stored emotions
- Permanently break stubborn beliefs
No tricks or superficial tips — but work that truly shifts something inside. We don't stay stuck in talking or analysing. You will experience it and feel through it — and that is where real change happens.

Practical
What is a limiting belief?
A limiting belief is a conviction that you — often unconsciously — have come to believe about yourself. They are sentences like:
- "I am not good enough"
- "I can't do this"
- "It's going to go wrong"
- "What will others think?"
These thoughts often feel like the truth, but they usually originated from past experiences. And without you realising it, they control your behaviour. They cause you to procrastinate, play small or keep doubting.
Try this
Take a moment for yourself. Think of something you actually want to do, but keep putting off or avoiding. Then ask yourself these questions:
- What am I afraid will happen?
- What would that mean about me?
- What would I then think about myself?
Write everything down, without filter.
If you encounter beliefs that touch you or make you uncomfortable — there is a good chance these are beliefs that are unconsciously holding you back.
What you once came to believe, you can also let go of. And that is where real change begins.
