Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, products and services of Wellness, Coaching & Massage Sandra, located at Oude Medelsestraat 2, 4005 EK Tiel.

By booking an appointment, placing an order or using our website you agree to these terms.

2. Treatments

2.1 Booking and confirmation

Appointments can be booked online via our website or by phone. After booking you will receive a confirmation by email. A booking is final after confirmation.

2.2 Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, by phone or via the website.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours before the start may result in the full treatment being charged.
  • Not showing up without notice (no-show) is considered a cancellation within 24 hours.
  • Free cancellation is always possible in case of emergencies.

2.3 Late arrival

If you arrive late, the treatment will be shortened, but the full rate will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

2.4 Hygiene

For hygiene purposes, you are kindly requested to take a shower or bath before coming to the practice. Materials owned by Wellness, Coaching & Massage Sandra are cleaned after each treatment.

2.5 Nature of treatments

Wellness, Coaching & Massage Sandra performs exclusively professional, therapeutic massages. No erotic massages are performed.

Our treatments are supportive and complementary therapies. They are intended to promote well-being, relaxation and recovery, but never replace regular treatment, diagnosis or advice from a doctor, specialist or other regular healthcare provider. For medical complaints we always advise you to contact your GP first.

Treatments are not reimbursed by health insurers. No claim can be made for (partial) reimbursement from basic or supplementary insurance.

2.6 Health and contra-indications

  • You are obliged to report relevant health complaints, medication use or pregnancy in advance.
  • In case of fever, contagious skin conditions or other contra-indications, the treatment may be refused.
  • The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse or adjust a treatment if she deems it medically necessary.

2.7 Liability

Wellness, Coaching & Massage Sandra is not liable for damage or injury arising during or after a treatment, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Participation in treatments is at your own risk.

3. Products and shop

3.1 Prices

  • All prices are in euros. Wellness, Coaching & Massage Sandra is exempt from VAT, so the stated prices are exclusive of VAT.
  • Prices may be changed without prior notice.
  • Promotions and offers are valid while stocks last.

3.2 Ordering and payment

  • Orders can be placed via our online shop.
  • Payment is made via iDEAL (Mollie), with wallet balance, by debit card or cash, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The agreement is concluded upon receipt of payment.

3.3 Delivery

  • Collection: Products can be collected at the practice, optionally during a treatment.
  • Shipping: Shipping costs are €4.95 (free from €50). Delivery takes place within 3-5 working days.

3.4 Right of withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (cooling-off period).
  • The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Opened cosmetic products are excluded from return for hygiene reasons.
  • Return costs are at your own expense.
  • After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

3.5 Complaints

Do you have a complaint about a product? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt via relax@coachingandwellnessbysandra.com or 06-14984438. We will work together to find a suitable solution.

4. Gift cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • In case of loss or theft of a gift card, no compensation will be provided.
  • Any remaining balance after redemption will be credited to your wallet.

5. Wallet / Balance

  • Balance that has been topped up can be used for treatments and products.
  • When topping up you receive a bonus based on the topped-up amount.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Bonus balance expires after 1 year if not used.

6. Coaching

  • Hormone balance coaching is not a substitute for medical advice.
  • The free introductory phone call is without obligation.
  • Coaching programmes are composed in consultation and quoted separately.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Wellness, Coaching & Massage Sandra and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Privacy & data storage

We handle your personal data with care. Client data, accounts, appointments and orders are stored via Supabase, on servers within the EU (Frankfurt). Passwords are stored encrypted. For more information see our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Gelderland.
